Kiyoharu Yamada Gallery of the Reader Collection of Japanese Flower-and-Bird Art

In the 1980s Kiyoharu began to publish a series of woodblock prints which combined creative art and humorous poetry. Caricatures of flowers and (or) birds appear in more than thirty of these prints. Thirty-four examples are included in this gallery. Click on a picture to enlarge it.
